Nithya Rajaram

Nithya Rajaram is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in customer support, online community platforms, and human resources. As the Co-Founder of SupportBee since June 2011, Nithya has focused on customer development, product design, and content marketing for a tool designed to simplify customer service management. In parallel, Nithya founded Muziboo Web Services Pvt Ltd in June 2007, creating an interactive platform for musicians to showcase their work and collaborate. Nithya's earlier career includes roles as an HR Executive at Tavant/Bandspeed, where Bandspeed spearheaded innovations in RF interference management, and as an Executive-Sourcing at People One Consulting, specializing in IT recruitment. Nithya holds a PGDHRM in HR from Pondicherry University and a B.Sc in Computer Technology from Bharathiar University.
