Supportbench

Eric Klimuk has had a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Eric is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Supportbench, a customer service platform that helps companies deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, they manage day-to-day operations and supports support teams in creating and executing their customer support strategies. 

Prior to Supportbench, Eric worked at Sophos, starting as a Technical Support Engineer in 2005 and progressing to various roles including Support Operations Architect, Manager of Technical Support, and Team Lead. Eric was responsible for designing and implementing custom-built support case management and customer portal systems, as well as overseeing support teams. 

Before Sophos, Eric worked as a Technical Support Engineer at HP Autonomy, providing technical assistance to customers. Eric also served as an Information Technology Specialist at BIS technology, focusing on IT solutions.

Eric Klimuk holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mount Royal College, University of Calgary. The specific start and end years of their education are not provided.
