Nick Ferdon

Nick Ferdon currently serves as Co-Founder and VP of Revenue at SupportFinity™ since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nick held several senior leadership positions, including SVP of Sales & Revenue and Vice President of Sales at Candidly from April 2021 to March 2025. Nick was Vice President of Sales at Sapling from September 2019 to April 2021, participating in a merger with Kallidus. Before that, Nick was Head of Sales at Human Interest from July 2016 to September 2019, helping the company become the fastest-growing 401k provider in the US after joining as the 7th employee and first sales hire. Nick's earlier experience includes roles as an Account Executive and HR and Benefits Coordinator at Zenefits, as well as Account Executive and IT Recruiter at Insight Global. Nick earned a degree from the University of Arizona from 2008 to 2012.
