Vidhotma Yadav

Vidhotma Yadav has a diverse background in leadership and development, starting as a Varsity Student Athlete in athletics and basketball at DAV Public School, Sector-49, Gurugram, Haryana, where involvement in student governance was also demonstrated as a Literary Council Representative. Transitioning to Teach A Man To Fish, Vidhotma served as Director of Business Development and Strategy Operations until April 2023. Currently, at Uddeshya, Vidhotma holds the position of Director of Human Resources while also contributing as an Advisor and Team Member. Additional roles include membership in the Career Development Cell at Ramjas College, participation in the McKinsey Forward Program, and having a Junior Partner role at SupportFinity™. Vidhotma is actively engaged with The Ramjas Economics Society and Mélange, The Fine Arts Society, while contributing to projects with Enactus. Educationally, Vidhotma is pursuing studies at Delhi University, following a Senior Secondary Certificate from DAV Public School.
