Philip Kwon

Philip Kwon has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Philip most recently served as the Director of Partnerships at SupraOracles, where they played a key role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships. Prior to that, Philip held the position of Director, Business Development at SSImple, where they were responsible for driving the company's commercial roadmap and shaping its service offering. Philip also served as a Client Director at GFT Group, where they collaborated with top-tier financial institutions to provide IT solutions and drive sales. Philip's extensive experience includes a role as Director, Securities & FX Markets at SWIFT, where they led business development efforts in the capital markets segment. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Relationship Manager at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), where they partnered with global asset management firms and other financial institutions to promote post-trade solutions.

Philip Kwon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University. Philip also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied IT from ITI - Information Technology Institute in Toronto, Canada in 2001. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Machine Learning from the University of London through Coursera in July 2021, Certified Corda Expert and Certified Blockchain ExpertTM from Blockchain Council in May 2021 and February 2021 respectively, and ACI Dealing Certificate in FX/OTC Markets from ACI Financial Markets Association in September 2018.
