Ray Wickenheiser has extensive experience in crime laboratory management and leadership within law enforcement. Wickenheiser served as Director at the Montgomery County Police Crime Laboratory from February 2008 to October 2013, followed by a position as Director of the New York State Police Crime Lab System from October 2013 to October 2024. Currently, Wickenheiser is the Chief Executive Officer of SupreMEtric LLC, a company focused on utilizing laser spectroscopy, cloud-based software, and AI algorithms to identify body fluids for crime solving and prevention since March 2025. Wickenheiser holds a Doctorate of Professional Studies in Bioethics, Health Ethics and Policy from Albany Medical College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
