Beth Welch

Beth Welch is a dedicated pastry chef and owner of Beth's Little Bake Shop, currently located in Evanston, IL, where they specialize in European-inspired coffee and pastries. They have owned and operated Baking by Beth since 2006, offering a variety of custom dessert catering options. Since 2013, Beth has also served as a chef instructor at Sur La Table, teaching both pastry and savory cooking classes. Prior to these roles, they were the head pastry chef at Swirlz Cupcakes from 2007 to 2010, where they developed enduring recipes and managed daily operations. Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
