Leigh Burrow

Leigh Burrow is a creative pastry chef, entrepreneur, and culinary instructor with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Starting with a passion for customer service at a candy store, Leigh progressed to leadership roles, including General Manager at The Comedy Store, La Jolla. After completing a Professional Baking and Pastry program, Leigh discovered a love for pastry and desserts, leading to a role as Lead Culinary Instructor at Sur La Table and ownership of Abington Avenue Pastry, where they create innovative dessert menus and teach culinary classes.
