Steve Pieren

Steven has been practicing law since 2001, almost exclusively within the property & casualty insurance industry. He began in private practice in the insurance coverage litigation department at the law firm that is now known as K&L Gates. In 2006, he became an in-house counsel at The Hartford, primarily providing legal support for various commercial lines divisions. In 2008, he began primarily supporting the property & casualty marketing, sales, and agency operations at The Hartford. In 2017, Steven joined AmVenture, now Suracy, as its primary legal counsel where he now serves as the Chief Legal Officer.
