Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2011 at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. as a USAA Customer Service Bank Consultant. In 2012, they took on the role of Ropes Course Lead and Event Coordinator at BYU-Idaho, and in 2013 they became an Operations Coordinator at Camp Kesem National. In 2014, Johnson took on the role of Customer Care Solutions Specialist/Team Lead at Melaleuca:The Wellness Company. In 2015, Johnson was a Senior Program Leader/Site Supervisor at Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) and a Child Ski Instructor at Diamond Peak Ski Resort. In 2016, they became a Program Manager and Program Coordinator at Syracuse City, Utah. Finally, in 2021, Johnson took on the roles of Business Development Lead and Business Development Representative at Suralink, as well as Sales / Account Manager at Farm Bureau Financial Services.

Michael Johnson obtained their High School Diploma from WALLA WALLA HIGH SCHOOL in 2008. In 2011, they received their Bachelor's Degree of Science in Program Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho. In 2021, they obtained a Life Insurance License from Farm Bureau Financial Services, a P&C Insurance License from Farm Bureau Financial Services, a ZoomInfo Certification for Marketing from ZoomInfo, and a ZoomInfo Certification for Sales from ZoomInfo. Michael also obtained an Inbound certification from HubSpot Academy and an Essentials of Management certification from Melaleuca:The Wellness Company. In 2022, they will receive a Sales Management certification from HubSpot Academy.
