Benjamin Joel Miles is a Senior Security Architect responsible for designing and implementing robust security solutions to protect critical networks and data. Currently, they lead the development of security architecture frameworks and conduct risk assessments while ensuring compliance with industry standards at Sure. With a track record of 15 years as an IP/MPLS Network Engineer, Benjamin has optimized core ISP networks and contributed to the rollout of advanced DDoS mitigation systems. They have previously held roles at Cable & Wireless Communications, Virgin Mobile UK, and BSkyB, earning recognition for collaboration and solution delivery throughout their career. Benjamin holds an AVCE in ICT from the College of FE Guernsey and an NVQ Level 4 in Computer Programming from City of Bath College.
