Jake Mullins

Jake Mullins is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in quality assurance and people management. As the Director of Engineering at Sure since September 2021, Jake has successfully implemented a quarterly planning process that achieved a 93% yearly OKR completion rate, while leading a distributed team to develop enterprise-level SaaS insurance solutions. Prior to this role, Jake served as Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Sure, where significant advancements in automation strategies were made, and the QA team was scaled effectively. Jake's earlier experience at Hudl included roles such as Director of Quality Assurance, where oversight of quality goals and metrics led to a notable reduction in defects and enhanced automated testing processes.
