Jane Kim

Jane Kim has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

In 2010, they started their career as a Junior Engineer at S.A.V.E. Inc, where they worked until March 2011.

From August 2013 to June 2014, they worked at Liferay, Inc. as a Jr. QA Engineer, primarily focusing on testing portal software and managing the Marketplace/eCommerce team.

In 2013, they also worked as a Software Development Consultant at S.A.V.E. Inc, where they provided consulting services for software development and research.

In 2014, they had a brief internship as a Graphic Design Intern at SideChef.

From 2016 to 2016, they worked at Hunter.io as a Web Development & Customer Success contractor, mainly handling web development projects and customer support.

Jane joined Acuity Scheduling in 2017, first as a Customer Happiness Specialist, providing customer support and acting as a bridge between the support team and the development team. Later, they became a Happiness Developer, focusing on instrument control and data acquisition.

At Squarespace, from 2019 to 2021, they held two roles: Senior Product Support Specialist and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. In these roles, they provided technical support, managed QA processes, and contributed to various development and QA tasks.

Currently, they are working at Sure as an Associate Software Engineer starting in 2021.

Jane Kim has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology (Concentration: Neuroscience) from the University of California, Riverside, which they received in 2012. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Springfield, expected to be completed in 2023.
