João Leite

João Leite has a strong background in software development, with a focus on Java. João is currently working as a Principal Software Developer at SureCloud since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at FIS from 2018 to 2021 as a Java Software Developer for the Cortex product. João'sresponsibilities included developing, maintaining, and supporting a fronted application built in Java, deployed on IBM WebSphere/Weblogic. João utilized technologies such as Spring, Struts, Apache Wickets, Hibernate, Maven, Oracle Database, and Informix. Before FIS, João worked at Impactzero Software Solutions as a Java Software Developer from 2014 to 2021. João also had experience at FIS as a Java Software Developer for the Xpress product from 2014 to 2017.

João Leite completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at Instituto Politécnico de Bragança from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE 17 Developer and Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in 2023. João also holds certifications in AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022 and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in 2021. João has further certifications such as Spring Professional from Pivotal Software, Inc. in 2020, Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in 2019, and OSCP - Offensive Security Certified Professional from Offensive Security in 2018.
