Ofek Boch is a Global HR Partner and HR AI Champion with a strong focus on building people strategies that support business growth and enhance employee experiences. They have worked in high-tech and SaaS environments, collaborating with managers across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America to provide effective HR solutions. Ofek's experience includes roles in global talent acquisition and organizational development, and they have actively contributed to the integration of AI into HR practices. Ofek holds a B.A. in Human Resources and Political Science, and is pursuing an M.A. in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting, both from Bar-Ilan University.
