Sagit Ramati

Sagit Ramati has extensive work experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Sagit is currently the HR Director Israel and Global L&D at Surecomp, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2019, they worked at TOMIA as the HR Director & Global OD, overseeing HR activities and serving as a strategic partner to management. From 2010 to 2015, they held the role of Recruitment and Global OD Manager at TOMIA. Before that, they worked at Comverse as an Employment Manager in 2010. Sagit also has experience as an HR Manager at FTS from 2006 to 2010 and as a Senior Recruitment Manager at Hever Hon Enoshi from 2000 to 2004.

Sagit Ramati pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Education from Ramat Gan Academic College, which they completed between 1994 and 1998. Continuing their academic journey, they engaged in Master of Arts studies in Public Policy at Tel Aviv University for the academic year 1995-1996. Later, Sagit undertook further Master of Arts studies in Management and Organizational Consulting at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2003 to 2005.
