Eric Chow

Eric Chow is a seasoned engineer with a robust background in product development and design, currently serving as a Senior Suppressor and Weapons Engineer at SureFire since July 2019. In addition to this role, Eric has been an Independent Design and Engineering Consultant since August 2013, providing services in industrial design and mechanical engineering. Previous experience includes positions such as Director of Product Development at Allen Company, Product Designer at Magpul Industries Corp., and Lead Mechanical Engineer at TASER International, where Eric was the primary inventor on a patent for the Taser X26P. Eric began the career as a CAD and Mechanical Engineering Sub-Contractor at Mediphor, contributing to significant projects under a Taser contract. Academically, Eric holds an MBA in International Corporate Strategy from Hitotsubashi University and a BS in Industrial Design from Arizona State University.
