Chris Smith

Chris Smith is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as the Director of Accounting and Controller at Sureify since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Controller at Dura Software from February 2020 to May 2022, Accounting Manager at Verimatrix from August 2019 to February 2020, and Controller at VizExplorer between December 2015 and August 2019. Chris began a career in accounting at Jack Henry & Associates, where roles spanned from Staff Accountant to Senior Accounting Analyst from February 2012 to November 2015. Prior to that, experience includes serving as Staff Accountant II at Sisters of Mercy Health System from July 2010 to February 2012. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Missouri State University, obtained in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the same university, completed in 2006.
