Shashi Matha has extensive experience in application engineering and customer support, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Support at Sureify since June 2020, where responsibilities include establishing global practices for application engineering and service reliability. Prior roles include Director of Customer Support at Sureify, Director of Customer Application Engineering at Guidewire Software, and Engineering Manager at Walmart Global Tech, where leadership in eCommerce development was showcased.
