Dan Charna

Dan Charna is a seasoned professional with significant experience in leadership and mentorship roles. Currently serving as a SCORE Mentor since November 2022, Dan also contributes as a Board Member for SureImpact (March 2021 - Present) and the Shelmore at Brunswick Forest Homeowners Association (December 2021 - Present). Previously, Dan was a Board Member for Waves4Kids (September 2021 - August 2022) and Azoti.com (January 2020 - August 2022). Dan held the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at McCall Farms Inc from April 2020 to February 2022 and was an Associate Professor of Business at Ohio Wesleyan University from July 2013 until retirement in August 2020, having been granted tenure in 2019. Dan's early career includes founding and serving as COO/CMO of Glory Foods, Inc., from June 1989 to July 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
