With over a decade of experience scaling teams in various industries, Almar has previously held leadership roles at Bynder and Healthy Workers, managing diverse teams and implementing strategies that significantly improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Almar's career began in sales at Amac B.V. and Apple, where they developed strong management skills and a commitment to premium customer experiences. Almar holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Psychology from Utrecht University and a Master's degree in Persuasive Communication from the University of Amsterdam.
