Dan Finholt is an experienced design and user experience professional with a strong background in managing teams and providing innovative solutions. At Paychex, Dan currently serves as the Manager of User Interface Design and Development for SurePayroll, promoting design thinking and overseeing UX research and front-end development. Prior to this role, Dan held positions at GTreasury, where responsibility included integrating financial applications into a unified SaaS-based solution, and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where management of the CashPro Portal and design of award-winning software were key accomplishments. Dan is also the founder of Finzie Studios and has worked in various user experience and design consultancy roles, contributing to both web and mobile applications. Dan holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
