Tim Kelley

Tim Kelley has over 35 years of experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the manufacturing and automotive industries. Tim currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Surepoint Group, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, Tim was the Chief Executive Officer at Ironline Compression from 2013 to 2021, where they provided strategic direction and ensured operational excellence in the rental and sales of natural gas compressor equipment.

Before joining Ironline Compression, Tim held several other notable positions, including Director Vehicle Processing Center at Gulf States Toyota from 2005 to 2013, General Manager at Injectronics, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, and Director of Lean Manufacturing at United Plastics Group from 2001 to 2003. Tim also served as General Manager at Flex-N-Gate (Ventra Plastics) from 2000 to 2001 and Assistant Plant Manager at Rexam Beverage Cans (American National Can) from 1999 to 2000.

Tim began their career at General Motors, starting at the Arlington Assembly Plant and later transitioning to the Operations Manager role at the Saturn Vehicle Interior Systems (VIS) Facility in Spring Hill, TN. Throughout their work experience, Tim has demonstrated expertise in areas such as operations management, strategic leadership, business development, and quality improvement. Tim'sindustry knowledge spans the automotive, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors.

Tim Kelley attended DeVry University from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering.
