Tom Redl

Tom Redl is a Corporate Director and entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership experience, notably as President & CEO of Chandos Construction, where they significantly grew the business. Currently, Tom serves as Corporate Director for Catamount Constructors and Chair of the Board at Surepoint Group, while pursuing a Master’s degree in Law and Society at the University of Victoria, focusing on indigenous law in North American business. Tom also studies Authentic Leadership Development at Harvard Business School and holds several other qualifications, including an ICD.D designation. Proud of their Red River Métis heritage, Tom emphasizes the importance of intercultural collaboration and values-based governance in their professional endeavors.
