Alex Jordan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and education within the health and fitness sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at Surescripts since January 2023, Alex oversees customer success strategies and operational practices for a team of Account Managers. In addition to this role, Alex has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Concordia University, St. Paul since 2011, responsible for developing course materials for the Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences.
