Ann Salfen

Ann Salfen is an accomplished professional in governance, risk, and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Surescripts since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ann held the position of IRM Security Consulting Manager at Accenture from February 2022 to July 2023. With extensive experience at BJC HealthCare from 2006 to 2022, Ann managed various security and operational roles, including Group Manager for Security Policy, Governance, Awareness & Training, and Group Manager for Workstation Standards & Access Management. Ann began a career in IT management at CCA Global Partners and has held IT support roles at Midwest Employers Casualty and Leonards Metal Aerospace. Ann Salfen holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a degree in Systems Operations from Sanford Brown. Ann is certified as a CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CISA, and CMMC RP.
