Bob M.

Bob M. has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Bob started their career as an Escalation Engineer at Allot Communications in 2006, where they handled 3rd level support cases while assisting with lower level cases. Bob provided dedicated and proactive support service to customers and partners, performed deep problem investigation, and maintained direct contact with key customers. In 2009, Bob joined Dell Compellent as a Senior Analyst in Copilot Enterprise Technical Support. Bob supported Dell SC Series SAN customers with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customization. Bob also trained colleagues in Dell proprietary scripting software and mentored them on complex customer issues. Since 2019, Bob has been working at Surescripts as a Production Support Analyst. Bob operates information systems in support of core e-prescribing functions, manages system monitors, corrects errors, and deploys tools to enable autonomous quality assurance.

Bob M.'s education history starts in 2001 when they attended Western Wisconsin Technical College. Bob completed their AAS Degree in Computer Information Systems, specializing in Networking. During their time at the college, Bob was a member of the Cisco Networking Academy.

In recent years, Bob has pursued additional certifications related to networking and information technology. Bob obtained certifications such as Specialist - Implementation Engineer, SC Series Version 1.0 (DCS-IE) from Dell Technologies in 2019 and Learning SSL/TLS from LinkedIn in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, Bob obtained a certification in Learning Network Troubleshooting from LinkedIn.
