Carrie Tort

Carrie Tort is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product implementation and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Product Implementation at Surescripts since July 2009. In this role, Carrie leads an integration team focused on efficient onboarding and empowering customers with self-service solutions while driving strategy and execution for seamless deployments. Prior to this position, Carrie held roles as Director of Customer Success and Manager of Deployment Services, where responsibilities included overseeing teams to maximize customer utilization and streamline onboarding processes. Earlier in Carrie's career, positions such as Solutions Engineer and Principal Implementation Engineer contributed to a solid foundation in project management and technical support for Surescripts’ product families. Carrie began professional experience at Gold Standard, an Elsevier Company, in roles including Product Manager and Account Manager/Project Manager. Carrie holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Decision & Information Sciences from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
