Chad Betz

Chad Betz serves as the Director of Corporate Information Services at Surescripts, where responsibilities include managing corporate IT functions such as the service desk, Office 365, and ServiceNow. Notable accomplishments involve overseeing migrations to Office 365 and Cisco CM, supporting the transition of three major offices, and revamping the Service Desk to accommodate 700+ users during the COVID pandemic. Previously, Chad held the position of Director of Application Operations at Surescripts, managing Data Center Operations and IT functions for the Oregon office post-acquisition. Prior to that, Chad was the Director of Operations at Kryptiq Corporation and has extensive experience as an Application Engineer and Customer Support Engineer. Chad earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Oregon State University.
