Chris Hoffman

Chris Hoffman has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Chris began their career as a Securities Operations Service Specialist at Wells Fargo. Later, they worked as a Client Service Consultant and then as a Business Systems Consultant, where they gathered project requirements and served as a liaison between business and technology groups. Chris also acted as an Operations Analyst, providing statistical analysis and process improvements within Operations. As a Team Lead, Chris supported a cash and position reconciliation application and provided guidance to the staff.

In their most recent role at Principal Financial Group, Chris served as a Custody Ops Lead Analyst. Chris led the reconciliation workstream and collaborated with internal and external partners to meet compliance requirements. Additionally, they configured third-party software based on extensive data analysis and collaboration across different areas of the organization.

Currently, Chris works at Surescripts as a Senior Product Operations Analyst, starting in 2022.

Chris Hoffman attended the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University from 2003 to 2007. During this period, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Political Science.
