Eric Engelken

Eric Engelken has a diverse range of work experience in various positions and roles. Eric started their career at Ultimate Electronics as an Operations Manager, where they focused on store inventory, shrink, cash management, and store safety. Eric then advanced to become a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing multiple stores and managing warehouse functions, customer service, and cash-related operations.

Eric later joined Target, where they held several roles. As a Business Process Consultant, they worked on projects related to pharmacy inventory management, pharmacy data and reporting, and pharmacy application defect management. Eric'sresponsibilities included defining system capabilities, creating reporting requirements, prioritizing data tables, and managing the defect lifecycle for a pharmacy dispensing application.

Currently, Eric works at Surescripts as a Senior Business Analyst. Eric collaborates with the Product Innovations Team, business leaders, and customers to define and communicate critical performance improvement (CPI) processes and workflow. Eric also develops high-level business requirements and leads the elaboration of business ideas to ensure effective translation to technical staff.
