Francisco Vallejo

Francisco Vallejo has a diverse work experience in customer support and technical roles. Francisco is currently working as an Associate Customer Support Analyst at Surescripts since September 2021. Previously, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at Oracle as a Hospitality Support Operations Analyst, where they provided technical support to hospitality industry customers and managed their property systems. In this role, they resolved issues related to electronic reservations from third-party vendors and ensured timely customer updates. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, Francisco worked at East Payment Solutions (EPS) as a Bilingual Technician / Support Specialist. Here, they provided 24x7 technical support to customers for POS systems and credit card terminals, both remotely and in-person. Francisco also handled hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and service calls.

Francisco Vallejo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Universidad del Turabo between 2014 and 2016.
