Jenn Dorff

Jenn Dorff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jenn is currently working at Surescripts as an Agile Product Owner, where they prioritize software product features, leads Agile team release and sprint planning, and collaborates with internal and external customers for product development. Before that, they were a Sr. Product Analyst at Surescripts, responsible for customer relationships and representing the Record Locator & Exchange Product both internally and externally.

Prior to Surescripts, Jenn worked at HealthPartners as a Technical Business Analyst, gathering requirements, conducting data analysis, and developing specifications for development in various departments throughout the organization. Jenn also worked at RedBrick Health as a Technical Release Manager, transitioning the development department to a daily continuous delivery release cycle, and as a Solutions Architect, implementing customized solutions for clients.

Jenn's previous work experience includes positions at SUPERVALU as a Technical Analyst III with a focus on production control and unified communications, at UnitedHealth Group as a Sr. Research/Business Analyst involved in telemedicine and accountable care organization projects, and at StayWell Health Management as a Client Service Specialist and HelpLine Representative, implementing and configuring client-customized health and wellness programs.

Jenn Dorff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where they attended from 2001 to 2006. In addition, they have also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
