Jeron Kleinfehn

Jeron Kleinfehn has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and test engineering. Jeron currently holds the role of Principal QA Engineer at Surescripts, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Spok from 2019 to 2022, where they held positions such as Principal Test Engineer and Senior Test Engineer. At Spok, they played a key role in creating and maintaining UI and REST API test automation frameworks using .NET (C#), xUnit/nUnit, Selenium, and Playwright. Jeron also mentored junior QA team members, took on scrum master responsibilities, and helped with backend and frontend unit tests and AWS deployment. Before their time at Spok, Jeron worked at Ontrack from 2006 to 2019 in various roles, starting as an Associate Test Engineer and rising to Senior QA Engineer.

Jeron Kleinfehn pursued their education from 2001 to 2005 at St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Jeron also attained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In January 2015, they received the Professional Scrum Developer I certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in March 2022, they acquired the API Testing Foundations and Selenium Essential Training certifications from LinkedIn.
