Jon Ragsdale

Jon Ragsdale has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Jon started their career in 2011 as a Senior Customer Service Engineer at Surescripts, where they served as the lead for support and services for multiple software products. In this role, they collaborated with quality assurance teams, engineering, and product management to provide support and create documentation for team members.

Afterwards, Jon worked as an Implementation Consultant at Surescripts from May 2015 to March 2017. In addition to their senior customer service engineer duties, they provided consultation to customers implementing software, including project management, training, and workflow consultation. Jon also attended conferences to represent business applications and conduct seminars on product usage.

From March 2017 to December 2018, Jon served as a Senior Product Analyst at Surescripts, where they acted as the product manager for automation tools, patient portal, and secure messaging. Jon developed requirements, feature definitions, and refinements based on market strategy, and led multiple projects including product launches and new product development.

Lastly, Jon worked as a Principal Business Analyst at Surescripts starting in January 2022. Jon'sresponsibilities include eliciting requirements for new products or enhancements, collaborating with the product team to develop a product roadmap, creating detailed business and technical system requirements, and providing product support internally and externally. Jon is also involved in product rollout, user testing, and coordinating demos.

Prior to joining Surescripts, Jon served in the Army National Guard as a Soldier from December 2000 to December 2006.

Jon Ragsdale's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Washington State University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Jon also earned a Certificate in Personnel Psychology/Human Resource Management from the same university during the same period.

In addition to their formal education, Jon Ragsdale has obtained various certifications throughout their career.
