Jon West

Jon West has extensive experience in quality assurance and product management, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Surescripts since July 2016, where previous roles included Senior Agile Product Owner and Scrum Master. Prior to Surescripts, Jon worked at Dell Cloud Manager from October 2011 to July 2016, taking on positions such as Product Manager and QA Manager. Jon's career began at Valtira, where roles included QA Analyst from March 2006 to October 2011. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, completed between 2013 and 2014, and has a foundational education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Burnsville High School.
