Joseph Kelly

Joseph Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and IT support. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Surescripts since March 2020, Joseph has also held roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Analyst. Prior to this, Joseph worked at MidMichigan Health from December 2015 to March 2020 as an Application Analyst II, where responsibilities included user training and documentation of requirements. Joseph's background includes roles at Central Michigan University as an I.T. Support Specialist and Help Desk Specialist, and at SPI Innovations as an I.T. Engineer. Joseph began a career in IT as a Help Desk Technician at Chemical Bank and a Global Mitigation Team Lead at HP Enterprise Services. Joseph holds an MBA from Northwood University's DeVos Graduate School and a BBA in Computer Information Management from Northwood University.
