Judy Hatchett

Judy Hatchett has an extensive work experience in information security and management. Judy is currently working at Surescripts as the VP, Information Security & CISO, where they set the vision and oversees the execution of Enterprise Information and Physical Security, Business Continuity, and Risk Management Programs. Prior to their current role, they worked at Fairview Health Services as the VP Information Security and CISO, providing strategic and operational leadership for the organization's information security capabilities.

Before joining Fairview Health Services, Judy held the position of Sr. Global Manager, Information Security Risk & Compliance at 3M, where they assisted in providing and supporting information security strategy, policy, and processes. Judy also played a significant role in achieving HIPAA compliance for one of 3M's critical Healthcare business groups.

Judy also has experience in identity and access management, having served as the Sr. Director, Identity and Access Management at SUPERVALU and as the Sr. Director IT Risk and Compliance at Best Buy. In these roles, they provided direct leadership and management of IAM functions, overseeing programs and projects related to IAM and ensuring on-time delivery and budget goals were met.

Their professional journey started as a Project Manager at Accenture and later at Avanade, Inc. Judy also worked as a Technical Project Manager and Project Manager at Wells Fargo, where they successfully restructured a high-profile, high-risk project to meet timelines and milestones.

Before venturing into the field of information security and management, Judy served as the CFO at North Shore Properties, Inc.

Throughout their career, Judy has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and drive projects to completion. The breadth of their experience in information security, IAM, and project management positions their as a highly valuable professional in their field.

Judy Hatchett has pursued a diverse educational background. In 1998, they enrolled in Bethel University and successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management by 2001. Subsequently, Judy continued their academic journey at the University of Minnesota, commencing in 2017. Judy currently holds a Master of Science degree, specializing in Security Technologies. Furthermore, from 2016 to 2018, Judy pursued a Master's degree in Cybersecurity at Concordia University-St. Paul, which is still in progress. Demonstrating their commitment to professional development, Judy obtained a certification in "Building Trust" from LinkedIn in November 2022.
