Katelin Roos

Katelin Roos has a diverse range of work experience. Katelin started their career at Fridley Public Schools in 2012 as a Physical Education Program Liaison, where they led grant initiatives and collected data to demonstrate program effectiveness. Katelin then moved on to CIGNA Behavioral Health in 2016, where they served as a Senior Care Associate and played a key role in onboarding the team to a new electronic documentation system. In 2017, they joined MEDITECH as an Implementation Specialist, leading Health Systems in implementing MEDITECH software and training IT staff. In 2019, they joined Surescripts as a Customer Success Engineer, developing strategic product adoption plans and collaborating with customers on product rollout plans. Katelin later transitioned to the role of Account Manager, where they manage key customer accounts and identifies new partnership opportunities.
