Kelly Roach has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kelly started their career as a student intern at Ironwood Electronics in 1999 and 2000. In 2002, they served as a student intern at Medtronic.
Roach then joined Medtronic as a Software Engineer in 2003 and held various roles within the company until 2013. As a Senior Software Engineer, they were responsible for developing significant features and supporting applications for the CareLink web-based remote follow-up system. Kelly also played a key role in extending CareLink functionality to Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Roach facilitated teams using Agile development practices and achieved project milestones and deadlines. Kelly further expanded the user base of an in-house tool and increased efficiency by designing a Python command line tool.
In 2013, Roach joined Cargill as a Senior Software Engineer. Kelly led project teams using Agile methodologies and was selected as a dedicated Scrum Master for a time-crunch project. Kelly also took on project management responsibilities in a thinly staffed environment.
Most recently, Roach joined Surescripts as a Test Automation Engineer in 2016. Further details about this role are not provided.
