Michelle Baker

Michelle Baker has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Michelle started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Glencor Services Inc. from 1996 to 2001, where they managed all HR functions, advised staff on HR policies, and implemented strategic recruitment initiatives. Michelle then joined Randstad NA as a Senior Branch Manager from 2001 to 2006, where they managed a team of recruiters, partnered with client organizations, and recruited staff for various industries. Michelle worked as the Director of Human Resources/Consultant at Glencor Services Inc. from 2006 to 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Thomas & Herbert Consulting. Michelle then joined Mikor LLC as the Senior Manager of Staffing & Recruitment from 2013 to 2015, specializing in IT, Finance & Accounting, and Administrative functions. Michelle worked as a Recruitment Partner at IBM from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working as a Sr Technical Recruiter at Surescripts since 2019.

Michelle Baker attended East Carolina University from 1984 to 1988. Michelle obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communications during their time there.
