Michelle Trombetta

Michelle Trombetta has a strong background in product management and innovation. Michelle is currently the Vice President of Product Platform at Surescripts, where they oversee the product strategy and lifecycle of various products and services. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Product Innovation at Surescripts, focusing on developing technology for safe and effective healthcare.

Before joining Surescripts, Michelle worked at Code42 as the Director of Product Management and UX. During their time there, they accomplished various transformative projects, such as increasing the impact of a Legal feature by 500% and implementing user design principles that improved engineering and QA velocity.

Earlier in their career, Michelle held several roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Senior Director of Product Management at Optum Specialty Networks and Director of Product Management and Operations at UHC Community and State Division (Medicaid). In these positions, they managed product deliverables, client relationships, and implemented process improvement initiatives.

Michelle's career started at Computer Sciences Corporation, where they served as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they utilized business case development and technology solutions to increase product market share and led the implementation of a major pharmaceutical patient management system.

Michelle Trombetta has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Mary Washington. Michelle also pursued studies in Business Administration and Management at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, such as UX Design, Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, Influence Without Authority, Certified Leader from Code42, and National Agency Check (NAC) Security Clearance from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
