Six Sigma Black Belt

Myra Coleman is an experienced professional with a focus on customer experience and process improvement. Currently serving as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Surescripts LLC since December 2010, Myra has led various initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and improve internal processes using the DMAIC model. In addition to this role, Myra is also the Customer Experience Program Manager at Surescripts, where responsibilities include supporting the Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement team and enhancing customer experience metrics. Previous roles included positions at UnitedHealth Care and UnitedHealth Group, where Myra applied Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to foster positive customer experiences. Myra holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Customer Experience Certification, complemented by educational degrees in International Relations and Spanish from the University of Minnesota.
