Nathan Larson has a diverse work experience in the field of systems engineering and administration. Nathan is currently employed at Surescripts as a Systems Engineer, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Surescripts as a Senior Systems Administrator from April 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Surescripts, Nathan worked at Atomic Data for several years. Nathan held the position of Systems Engineer III (Team Lead) from April 2020 to April 2022, Systems Engineer II (Team Lead) from March 2019 to April 2020, Systems Engineer II from March 2018 to March 2019, and Systems Engineer from March 2015 to March 2018. In addition to their roles, they also served as a NOC Technician from February 2014 to March 2015.

Throughout their career, Nathan has gained expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions across various platforms and applications, including Windows Server, Unix, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, MSSQL, Active Directory, IIS, Remote Desktop Services, Apache, AppAssure backup, VMware infrastructure, NetApp infrastructure, Nagios, Zenoss, LogicMonitor, and Splunk. Nathan has experience supporting a high availability environment and has been involved in maintaining NetApp and VMWare infrastructure. Nathan has also demonstrated their analytical skills by diagramming and analyzing complex client infrastructures to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Nathan Larson attended Hennepin Technical College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Network and System Administration/Administration. Nathan did not obtain a degree during this time. In September 2014, they obtained a certification in Installing and Configuring of Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft.
