Sarah Charlebois

Sarah Charlebois has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Sarah started their career at American Express as a Project Specialist in 2002 and then moved on to Ameriprise Financial Services as a Senior Business Systems Analyst Lead from 2004 to 2006. Sarah continued their career at ITR as a Consultant, working with RBC Dain Roucher from 2006 to 2007. Sarah then joined St. Paul Travelers as a Project Manager & Business Systems Consultant for Business Insurance, where they worked from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they became a Consultant at Analysts International Corporation (AIC) for Cargill from 2010 to 2011. Sarah then transitioned to Cargill itself, taking on the role of Grain Information Technology from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, Sarah joined UnitedHealth Group as a Reporting & Metrics Analyst for Mergers & Acquisitions from May to October. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Product Operations at Surescripts, starting in October 2015.

Sarah Charlebois completed their Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Information Technology and Project Management at Capella University from 2005 to 2014. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Liberal Arts from North Hennipen Community College. In addition to their formal education, Sarah has acquired several certifications, including "UX Design: 1 Overview" from LinkedIn in June 2023, "PMC Level I" from Pragmatic Institute in October 2022 and May 2021, and "Aha! Roadmaps (professional)" from Aha! Academy in March 2021.
