Shannon Reidt has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare and academic institutions. In 2006, they started working as a Hospital Pharmacist at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and remained in this role until the present. Shannon also worked at UnitedHealth Group, where they held the positions of Associate Director of Clinical Analytics and Director of Clinical Pharmacy Analytics, OptumInsight. At this organization, they contributed to clinical pharmacy analytics from 2016 until 2022.

Shannon Reidt also made significant contributions at the University of Minnesota, where they served as an Assistant Professor from 2008 to 2016. Shannon'sresponsibilities included teaching evidence-based medicine curriculum and precepting pharmacy students in ambulatory care rotations. Shannon also worked as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy between 2017 and 2020.

Shannon Reidt has a strong educational background with degrees and certifications from various renowned institutions. Shannon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Marquette University in 2002. Following that, they pursued their Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, graduating in 2006.

After their pharmacy degree, Shannon went on to complete a PGY-1 Pharmaceutical Care & Leadership Residency at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2008. Shannon further expanded their knowledge and skills in public health by obtaining a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Public Health Administration & Policy from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health in the same year.

In order to specialize and enhance their expertise in geriatric pharmacy, Shannon completed a Pharmacy Faculty Development in Geriatric Pharmacy Fellowship program offered by the American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education in 2015.

Continuing their dedication to education and research, Shannon pursued a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Research from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, which they completed in 2020.
