Skarlett Salazar

Skarlett Salazar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Skarlett started their career as an Insights Analyst Intern at InContext Solutions in 2016. In this role, they focused on managing clients' ShopperMX™ Indicator studies, providing valuable insights into shopper behavior.

In 2017, Skarlett joined Keyot as a Business Analyst Consultant for Wells Fargo. Keyot is a consulting organization known for successfully training and integrating top college graduates into demanding workplaces. Skarlett played a crucial role in this program and achieved a 96% success rate of conversions to full-time workers.

In 2018, Skarlett moved to Optum, a health services innovation company within the UnitedHealth Care umbrella. Here, they worked as a Business Analyst on an Enterprise Information Security team. Their main responsibility was to build a module within ServiceNow to manage and resolve vulnerabilities in various sources, such as infrastructure, application, and database.

Most recently, in 2019, Skarlett joined Surescripts as a Business Analyst in Product Innovation. Surescripts is a company that transmits a significant number of e-prescriptions daily. Skarlett's role involved transmitting transactions and working on product innovation. Skarlett eventually grew into the position of Senior Business Analyst, showcasing their expertise and experience in this field.

Skarlett Salazar holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Economics with an emphasis on Econometrics and Management from the University of Minnesota. Currently, Skarlett is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, with an expected graduation year of 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Skarlett has obtained several certifications. Skarlett holds a PMC Level I (Foundations) certification from Pragmatic Institute, which they obtained in December 2021. Skarlett also has a certification in Human-Computer Interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned in July 2021. Furthermore, they are a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certified by the Scrum Alliance, achieved in August 2020.
