Terri Jo Condon

Terri Jo Condon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Terri Jo began their career at UPS Store as a Customer Service Representative, where they excelled in assisting customers and resolving issues. Later, they joined The MENTOR Network as a Direct Service Professional, demonstrating strong organizational and teamwork skills. Following this, Terri worked at MEDITECH as an Applications Specialist, providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting software problems. Terri Jo also served as a Scrum Master & Software Tester, promoting agile workflows and conducting scrum ceremonies. Currently, Terri is employed at Surescripts. Terri Jo started as a Product Analyst and eventually progressed to the positions of Senior Product Analyst and Product Manager. In their current role as Manager, Product Standards & Certification Strategy, Terri is responsible for ensuring the effective management of the E-Prescribing portfolio and acts as a subject matter expert for the electronic prescribing product. Terri Jo has successfully planned and executed meetings, managed webinars, and transformed documentation and organizational models. Terri also performs industry outreach and analysis to support business decisions. Terri Jo Condon obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Saint Cloud State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In June 2020, they received certification in Foundations from Pragmatic Institute.
