Vince Giglotti has over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Vince began their career as an Account Executive at Malchow Adams & Hussey, where they developed and implemented direct marketing strategies for non-profit organizations. Vince then worked at RTCRM as an Account Executive, managing marketing communication programs for clients and acting as a liaison between agency disciplines and client marketing departments.

In 2002, Vince joined Ingenix as a Sr. Marketing Manager, where they developed and implemented marketing programs to promote the company's subscription services and publications. Vince supervised creative staff and outside agencies in the development of advertising campaigns and analyzed campaign performance to optimize future promotions.

Vince then transitioned to America Online as a Marketing Manager in 2003. Here, they developed and implemented marketing strategies to optimize member retention after the 45-day free trial period. This involved online message and offer testing, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, and inbound call center management.

Since 2004, Vince has been working at Surescripts as the Director of Interactive Marketing and Advertising. In this role, they are responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy for the organization. Vince utilizes various marketing channels such as Account Based Marketing, email, webinars, social media, organic search, inbound, paid search, display ad, and paid social media to drive adoption and utilization of Surescripts' products and services. Vince is also responsible for the strategy, content, information architecture, maintenance, and search engine optimization of all web properties and social media platforms.

Vince Giglotti obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Lycoming College between 1990 and 1994. In 2011, they pursued a Certification in Internet Marketing at UC Irvine, which they completed in 2014. Additionally, Vince Giglotti has obtained several additional certifications, including Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, MarTech Strategy: Leveraging Data and Technology in Marketing from Northwestern University Medill School, Pragmatic Marketing - Level II from Pragmatic Marketing, and a certification in Internet Marketing from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. The dates and institutions for these additional certifications vary.
