Steven C. is an experienced educator and instructional designer currently serving as the Instructional Designer/Course Development Lead at SureSkills, where they supervise a team in developing training courses for React Native skills. Previously, they held various roles, including Head of Training and Customer Support Manager at Synctuition, where they developed and delivered training for customer support staff. Steven has also worked as an English Language Instructor in Korea and evaluated digital learning solutions for Education Alliance Finland. They earned a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Digital Learning Games from Tallinn University and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Western Washington University.
